Our Germantown Impact teams are based in the Central West District of Maryland, in Montgomery County (Clarksburg, Germantown, Gaithersburg, Rockville, Bethesda, Potomac, Silver Spring, Kensington).
Under Impact’s club-based approach to player development, players can move between teams within the club and are not limited to their specific age group so that the player reaches their fullest potential. Our teams are ranked in each age group according to competitive level.
U14 Boys
In this age group, we focus on building a team that can compete and move up to more challenging leagues. At Impact, we help players improve their soccer skills by working together, developing technical abilities, understanding the game, and promoting fitness, camaraderie, and sportsmanship.
Our training sessions go from August to June. Players can also attend extra practices during the summer to keep their skills sharp.
We participate in about 5 tournaments each year. During the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons, we take part in local and travel leagues.
Our teams practice twice a week in Montgomery County, MD. Teams in this age bracket compete in SAM Select, NCSL, and EDP.
U11-12 BOYS
During this development stage, we focus on structured learning with an emphasis on fostering passion for the sport, tactical drills, and skill-based practice.
Our teams face high competition levels and intense training to prepare for the next stage.
Training is from August to June, with optional summer practices.
We participate in 4 annual tournaments and compete in local leagues during Fall, Winter, and Spring.
Teams practice twice a week in Montgomery County, MD, and compete in SAM Select and NCSL.
U8-U10 Boys
At Germantown Impact FC, we want our young players to have fun and learn soccer. We focus on building their love for the game, being respectful, and improving dribbling skills.
Training is from August to June, with optional summer practices.
We play in 1-2 tournaments each year and compete in local leagues in the Fall, Winter, and Spring.
We practice twice a week in Montgomery County, MD, and play in SAM Rec and SAM Select.
